This is a full-time, in-office position for a driven and organized marketing professional who's ready to take ownership of our marketing function. You'll be responsible for all aspects of digital and strategic marketing, from social media content creation to community events and everything in between. You'll work closely with our leadership team, have access to robust tools and resources (including your own office, vehicle, and equipment), and receive consistent professional development through books and coaching programs. This role is best suited for someone looking to make a long-term impact and grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging, educational, and brand-aligned content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and more.
• Capture and curate photo and video content on job sites and in the office to build trust through storytelling.
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and build community across platforms.
• Track marketing performance and provide regular reporting on what's working (and what's not).
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that go beyond digitalincluding local events, neighborhood mailers, and print materials.
• Take ownership of our marketing calendar, systems, and tools (HubSpot, CompanyCam, Groundworks).
• Participate in ongoing marketing coaching and professional development programs (books, training, workshops).
• Help position our brand as a subject matter expert, not through gimmicks or salesy posts, but through real, valuable content.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or social media management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute full-scale marketing strategies.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation skills.
• Solid understanding of platforms like HubSpot, CompanyCam, Canva, or similar tools.
• Able to film and edit short videos (or coordinate others to do so).
• Self-starter with great time management and an eye for quality.
• Comfortable working 40+ hours/week, primarily in the office, with occasional travel to job sites.
• Excited to learn, read, and grow professionally through coaching programs and assigned reading.
• Must be based in or able to reliably commute to Tucson, AZ. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full time position
• Salary at $55,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
